What is the process like to purchase land?
Once you are ready to purchase, we will send you a simple purchase document (written in English!) to sign. A small portion of the sales price is submitted along with the purchase agreement to reserve the property just for you. We will take care of all of the details from there, ensuring that the proper legal forms and documents are drawn up to complete the sale. You will be asked to sign a few forms at the end, and submit final payment. The property is then yours to enjoy!
How are you able to sell land below retail prices?
We buy at a discount in volume, so we are able to sell at a discount.
Can I make payments over time to buy your properties?
We prefer a cash sale to payments. Most of our properties require the full payment at closing, but on some properties we are able to work out monthly payments. If you are interested in paying for a property over time, please contact us and we can discuss it.
What do you know about the property?
We try our best to include everything we know about the properties we sell in the listing for each property. If you have a specific question that is not covered, please ask.
Do I need a real estate agent or attorney in order to buy?
No, you can purchase straight from us. There is no need to have an agent. Save your cash for building or new adventures on your land!
